3 pheasants (the first one took my grille with it)
    3 crows
10 deer (a few were suicidal and ran into me)
    5 pigeons
1 skunk (learned my lesson, they now have right of way)
    6 to 10 hawks
    5 to 7 owls
    3 peregrine falcons
    1 turkey
1 Camry (never do that again, too much darn paperwork)
300 to 400 starlings (when I ran into SW Kansas weekly, I used to take out 10 every trip)

I've never hit a dog, not sure I could handle it, but years back, a stray was loose on I 25 in Colo. Springs, he was running towards traffic, everyone was dodging him, dump truck apparently didn't see him and nailed him, watched it happen. Made sick to my stomach.

Last winter, coworker hit an antelope on US 85 in Wyoming, darn thing bounced off the side of his tractor 4 times before it tumbled off the road. I was about 500 ft behind him, not only did it tumble off the road, but stood up and ran off. When we got stopped, there were several chunks of fur and flesh on his side steps and quarter fender. I imagine that thing had a decent limp and some nasty scars.

Have a coworker who managed to take out a deer every three months for two years. Boss just bought him a new T680 (company plans to phase out the Macks), warned him if he hits a deer, he's going taking it out of his check. Apparently, the bumpers and fenders on these T680's are made of unobtanium and KW charges accordingly.

Most memorable was a large buck darted across, moving fast, got the passenger side fender, headlight housing ripped off with one capsule hanging by the wires, Rocking around shining the tress after I was past them.

Took out the charge air cooler, the ac condenser, the bumper and grill. Thankfully, the radiator was ok , and I didnt get shut down until I parked it at the body shop.

    We now have Exxguards installed.

I bumped one with this truck right after I got into it, he was nowhere to be found, and no damage.
