Fighting every ticket is why warnings go on your record with a cdl, dont be stupid and you dont have to worry about it, and yes I've got my share of stupid tickets.

I agree with you on not getting tickets, but this also applies to those unfair and undeserved tickets that are given out by hard ### cops with a chip on their shoulder and a grudge.

    Things happen sometimes.

I signed up with them shortly after becoming a truck driver.
It seemed impossible to contact them except through e-mail, which they never responded to.

I did not have a ticket, I just wanted to speak to someone there to answer some questions.

Needless to say, I revoked them because I consider them just a scam.
How much would I have paid them over the past 8 years of clean and ticket free driving?

Every time i’ve called, I am transferred to someone or I leave a message and they call back. They also promptly return emails too.

There really is no need for name calling either. You sound like a miserable person if you have to resort to name calling. I wouldn’t answer the phone to you either with your attitude and rudeness.

It’s definitely not a scam. It’s basically insurance for your driving record.

If you don’t need it then great for you.

    Whatever.
Your OP simply sounded like a salesperson trying to get a new account, and I had a very different experience with that company.

Ha ha ha yeah. I went with that other quaint legal servive you see pushed by someone behind a podium at TA for a while. The customer service was sorely lacking. Always always always was put on hold so I could be forced to hear their dopey trivia and ads.

Then the legal aid who answered calls for my assigned case wasn't at all familiar with my case nor did she have easy access to my information. I was to be put on hold yet again, but for my attorney's office this time.

My peace of mind comes from doing the best I can to be a safe driver.
I do not need or want a false safety net because that would just make me complacent.
