Lloyd's will insure just about anything, but they are not going to be kind to high risk policy owners. I suspect their insurance rates were brutal if the company had as problematic a prior history as has been stated above.

They are toast, geesh I have carried 2 mil for years, I think even the dirt trucks are required to carry 2 mil here if they want to work on a lot of the jobs, especially any work on the base.

40 charges laid on the driver today and still not a peep about the company. No mention from law enforcement to say if they’re investigating the company. No statement from the company. No apparent effort by the media to locate the company officers. I would expect them to be camped out on the lawn.

    Very. Very. Weird

so your gonna put a 23 yr old in a truck, pay him by the mile, put him on a clock and expect him to take it slow down the mtn, sounds like a special kind of stupid.

I don’t have a lot to look forward to in this life but before I die I hope I see someone win a suit against the people that make these laws

That's great that you keep it in Tip-Top shape and all that but this is only April when you've already spent 20 grand ??I hope some of that is fuel.otherwise geez Louise you could have a great warranty and truck payments for the whole year for less than what you're going to spend by the end of the year.

"In its withdrawal notice dated June 5, 2017, the agency wrote, "FMCSA is not able to calculate economic benefits from having more financial resources available to assist crash victims associated with increased minimum financial responsibility limits.""

    FMCSA is a true joke.
They 'are not able to calculate'?
Meaning, they don't know how bad things can really get, so don't want to speculate on how much coverage should be a reasonable minimum?
10 million was suggested in 2014, and in 3 years nothing moved forward.
Then in 2017 they pull back altogether and drop it entirely with that sorry excuse.

Whose pocket is the FMCSA in?
