My first question. Are you a nutritionist or physician, or just a ###### old troll?

My second question. Since you two are about a month apart joining here, and have about the same number of posts, are you just a ###### old troll with two accounts?

Docotors say to eat fish because of the Omega 3's.. U should take some ground flaxseed every day.. not fish

the problem with fish is high mercury levels... and animal protein... Just take the ground flaxseed.. much much better

I have no idea what my cholesterol level is, and I don’t really give it much concern.
You do know that cholesterol levels are mostly (I did say mostly) inherited, and aside from certain medications, there is little to do about cholesterol except for the avoidance of certain foods. It all goes back to avoidence.

I remember Jim Fixx very well; he had existing heart problems ( to include an enlarged heart, along with atherosclerosis ), knew about it, and yet he continued pushing himself by excessive running anyway. It was the running, combined with serious heart problems that killed him. He was on a long, solitary run when he suddenly collapsed and died; pushing his personal envelope. In his case, had he not been so reckless with his actions, he may very well be alive to this day. Even with excessive cholesterol levels.

An interesting side note here; excessive cholesterol in and of itself presents no danger to the human body. It becomes a problem only when the artery linings become scarred. This scarring is what permits the cholesterol to adhere to the arteries, thereby causing a potential blockage, given enough time. Man made foods and drinks, man altered foods, and GMO’s contain ‘fake’, laboratory created ingredients that highly contribute to the artherial scarring.

Ok, if what I say here is really true, then why don’t you hear about it more in ‘The News’?
Simple: Because there is no money in it.

In fact, the above information that concerns such a simple approach is actually a threat to the Magical Guru, Highly Regarded Doctors diet and nutrition information, bloated profit for little expenditure, industry.

Not to mention the huge, corporate, cheap and fake foods industry that dominates the typical American food source.

    Lol...
It's not my typical breakfast; usually I have 1 bowl of cereal or no breakfast. I have leftover meat sauce from spaghetti and I'm not throwing it out so....
