Louisville better wake up..practically 9mos now and slow as hell. .no..something is going on or Louisville don't care...

 

Another area where I havent seen anything is Indianapolis area... Nothing from that Agent has been getting listed, currently the Indy office has exactly 1 load listed on the board and it loads out of Louisville. That's it. LOL...

 

Nobody wants to deal with Indianas ^%$%#$@# roads.

 

Has anyone tried talking to Management? or is this strictly verboten ?

 

My coordinator said they had a meeting a week ago about this lack of loads..but they won't say what is being done.

 

LOL in my 13 years of driving I haven't seen Management at any company give a flying ## about what any driver dislikes etc etc....



They have orientation twice a week here.... I can assure you if you dont like it here the door is right there for you.

 

What's funny to me is, some of the guys on here whining & threatening to go elsewhere, were once on here debating people over the same thing, & they weren't even leased here at the time they were debating people. Go figure!!

It's trucking suck it up!!

 

Some are on fb saying they’re running for just expenses to make truck payments.
I refuse to run for just expenses, I’ll give my truck and trailer back to the bank before I’ll do that. I do have other options

 

When there are certain agents who don't wanna go out and try to be proactive to secure freight instead rather wait for it to fall into their lap that's a problem.... Don't sit there and say that's just trucking because that's just sheer laziness on their part..

 

If this isnt the biggest "Yes Man" mentality I dont know what is.
