There are many able-bodied and above average intelligent people who don't have half of what this kid has.....good for him and his parents.....

I have a cousin with the same,

He got through school ok but not brilliantly, Now he is a motor mechanic.

One thing i have noticed about the condition is that once you teack the person how to do a task, or which particular way to go about something, they will forever replicate the EXACT process. In a profession like mechanics, adhearance to all fault finding steps is a good thing.

Add to that the fact that most handicapped people are very insistent on being at work every day and incredibly determined to take pride in what they do.

My mother and step-father adopted several handicapped kids, and my older brother was born Down's Sydrome. They get mad when winter weather prevents them from going to work!
