I tried and he will not take it. He is that fat old santa clause looking guy that dont seem like a guy that would pass it up. But his experience won over the 3 younger Docs and technology. We do chat when we can.

I am a bit late seeing your post. I have been dealing with non-alcohol fatty liver.

Dr. Told me to eat garlic, drink coffee eat broccoli keep away from processed foods.

Not sure what your able to do with your diet. But he mentioned keeping to pure foods. Fish, steak, veggies ect .. avoid Mac and cheese. As he put it to me,. Eat like it on a Chuck wagon. Or BBQ. If that helps at all. And walk more,. Ya don't have to be running around to hood. Just after ya eat, take casual walk aeound. Before going to bed.

Trucks only purpose is work, 100 percent a tool.

A large car will have a truck runnin till its ol tongue is a hangin out tryin to keep up. And look good doin too. Always a perk
