I saw a meme the other day that this made me think of.... Bare in mind, not all of us millennials are the same.... But much of my cohort is softer than wet biscuit.... 'Adulting Classes' are a real thing.... ####ers can't even do their own laundry, balance a checkbook, operate in social situations that don't involve the internet, or take the dirty dishes out of their bedroom.

 

Auger deeper. The 3% is all on the top. Lol.

Reminds me of the courses these young folks are taking on Base, SDP, (Supervisor Development Program). If you want to be a supervisor for the government you have to have this course. The kids that are getting promoted nowadays aren't old enough to have any life experiences much less supervising a bunch of grown ups, it's pitiful.

The government is looking for a bunch of yes men, people who won't buck the system, well they've got em, a ton of em. The people who should be supervisors know better and don't want any part of it so here we are, at the mercy of a bunch of yes men that don't have a clue, quite the conundrum.

Retirement can't get here fast enough.

 

I want to know why everyone wants to be pounded lately. I'd rather be doing the pounding.

Kind of similar with a lot of these new "drivers". It's like they've been conditioned to believe that they do need something to tell them when to go, when to stop, when to sleep, when to go pee, etc.

And if you try to tell them otherwise, you're suddenly a psychotic renegade that's gonna run over their grandma at any moment.
