Fridge fits in the cabinet and works as a 12v plug in but I got a 50$ inverter to use it in its normal mode.
+5 dollar 6 gallon bucket from Lowe’s for ice..
I’m usually out a week or 2 and I typically only need ice every 3-4 days.. fridge was plenty of room for the and condiments and stayed cold if I had to turn it off for the night.. but I mainly ate and snacked on fruitTruckBuddy440 Thanks this. -
Picked up a trailer from Basf with a tire that that had a whole the size of a golf ball in it...
Nothing more frustrating than being held hostage by the guy that pulled up at the fuel island to take his 30 when there’s a lot of parking spaces -
Parked in wv went in to use the restroom and noticed that my front placard was stolen off my trailer smh I know it didn’t just magicAlly fly off as it was super taped smh

Hey meech, do you have any thoughts on OTR vs regional? I was thinking a regional job out of Indiana would keep me out of Keasby for the most part which is my primary goal starting out. I have to switch my residency to Indiana though which is kind of a pain in the ###.

1. How often do you want to go home? I typically stay out 2 weeks but I have the option to go home weekly mainly why I picked regional. Plus the more you talk to your dbl the more you can run. From my experience
2. How far would you be from a park location? It relates to question 1. The main wash off 94 about 10 miles into Illinois and the Oc is off Cline Avenue 94 exit 5.Last edited: May 24, 2019

I actually don't know what their parking requirements are for tanker. I can legally park a tractor-trailer at my home, but I assume they are more particular for tanker.
Also, for some reason, the Indy regional tanker job on their website says it pays up to $.61/mi and every single other Schneider tanker job that I could find across the US says it maxes out at $.59. Maybe it pays $.02 more to start? It's something.
I keep watching this youtuber's videos "MelsonWithTrucking" and he always seems to be getting ####ed over by dispatch. I think he's averaging <1,500mi/wk for OTR. Crazy. I think complaining about NJ might be the key.
