Texas_hwy_287, Bean Jr. and 4mer trucker Thank this. -
Put him on a bus. If he's too good for that find a non-problem child to drive the truck.
JoeyJunk Thanks this. -
Leave the decision up to him how to travel... But a percentage of the travel expense is coming out of his check.
Texas_hwy_287 and JoeyJunk Thank this. -
Maybe he's on the "no-fly" list.

I remember doing that with Enterprise. The insurance per day was almost what the car rental was.
They tried to sell it because it made it "easy and fast" if there was an issue. And that personal insurance was slow... Better for them I suppose. -
When did it become the company's responsibility to get the applicant to the job .
RedForeman, dunchues, JoeyJunk and 2 others Thank this. -

Are paying for him to go back home when he doesn’t work out?
This all may sound harsh but come on get real. Why would you even contemplate such a thing?JoeyJunk Thanks this. -

Bean Jr. Thanks this.
