Shouldn’t expect anything positive from this town. Arrived at 0545 for 0600 appointment. Currently 0840 and not in a dock yet. Trucks are stacking up. Employees were really polite which is a huge surprise being in Detroit.

If you can’t get your warehouse in some sort of efficiency, at least allow overnight parking so the clock is not wasting away. Can’t park on side streets cause the neighborhood is crap.

Deliver to many Cardinal Health warehouses and this luckily is not the norm.

In a dock at 0945. Apparently Cardinal doesn’t have much say in the matter. Baxter is the customer and dictates what Cardinal does.

Only one guy unloading Baxter. Said he gets 9-10 trucks most days but they didn’t schedule any Wednesday or Thursday. Makes sense. Jam up 3 days and piss everyone off.

Nice guy. Sucks he has to work like this and be the guy who fields the complaints
