There is a very small tiny eye of a needle that police seized evidence of pot etc can go to out of state labs outside of Idaho for chain of custody.
If you are DUI in Arkansas and have non medical pot in your vehicle, it will be impounded. And sold off at auction. Hope you have it paid off, it's absolutely gone. You will not see it again.
We opened two in hotsprings this week and have a number more opening asap around the state for Arkansas Pot Medical Card Holders. If they did go buy med pot then they cannot buy weapons again in their lifetime or until Pot becomes a federally legal drug OTC or something scheduled 4 or whatever.
It will not be covered by insurance because again it's a schedule one drug thus illegal at the federal level.
Im pretty sure that there are places that build large ropes of Hemp material for use in Shipping. But that probably will not be that large of a market anyway. Living history sailing vessals and the like. -
If living in my town and a vehicle without a plate that is not in a concealment fence. The town can give 24 hour notice than impound.

What the hell is hemp and do i have to tarp it
Cat sdp Thanks this. -
OK, after reading the article, we find the load was only 6,700#, so obviously not a T/T load. Probably a box truck. Then it was after the feds had changed the law, so it will eventually get dropped.
Is this what we call "FAKE NEWS"?
The Texas legislature is currently working on a bill that would let Farmer's grow hemp. Will require licensing and permitting. The reporter from Dallas went to a farm in OK to see what it was like, so i guess it is legal to grow there. They had Hemp plants and Marijuana plants side by side and hard to tell the difference.Cat sdp Thanks this. -
There was a guy in the 1950's who invented an engine that could run on hemp fuel but he ended up mysteriously dead and his technology has been buried since. It was around that time the government made hemp production and consumption illegal in the United States. Rumors have been swirling ever since that it was the work of Big Oil and Big 3 in Detroit who offed him so they could max out profits over the decades off of the existing infrastructure and engine/fuel consumption design.

In the 60's some guy bought a new car and was amazed to find out that it got great gas mileage to the tune of 100's of miles per gallon. After a few months of this and telling astonished friends he caught a group of people in his garage one night under the hood of his car. After that he got normal gas mileage (remember the 60's, so 15 mpg would have been good). Seems those people in his garage broke in to steal back a prototype carburetor one of the big 3 invented (It changes depending on who tells the story) that was mistakenly put on a production vehicle.
It's always one of the big 3, and always because they are in bed with Big Oil. Never passed the smell test to me for several reasons. Every time I hear it, it was the story tellers neighbor. Doesn't matter if they live in Detroit, Flint, or even Grand Rapids. The biggest reason though is the first auto company that would have produced such fuel savings would be the only vehicle maker left in 5 years as that would be the mfg everyone would buy from. Can't see even Big Oil having that deep of pockets....peterd, Snailexpress and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
Just curiosity, after load of hemp delivered how long your trailer still stinky and trigger all dogs on border check point.
