I know this post is old, but I'm in the Cincinnati area for the next few weeks and I have seen a lot of these trucks around. However they apparently no longer have an operating authority?

Have they leased on with another carrier and running under their authority?

 

I see them frequently at the UPS Freight yard in Columbus running our freight, they seem confused and generally third world.

 

I know the rumor on the street was the owner had a cousin that also had a trucking company and they now work together. But I can't remember the other companies name.

 

Well, looks like their rating became conditional. It's hard to survive with that if you rely on spot market. Multigroup also folded right after they got conditional rating

 

Would that be "On Time Transportation?" Got a closer look at one of the Uzbek trucks and that's who they're leased to now instead of operating under their own authority.
