I have a 2003 isx 600hp I’ve noticed some blowby and some I’ll call it grey smoke when I step on the peddle. I’m color blind so it may be blueish grey. Blue is a color I have a hard time with. Truck runs great just put new fuel pump all injectors and metering solenoids in it. Only uses 1- 1 1/2 gallons between 15k oil changes. Has about 450k on overhaul. I’ve noticed the breather tube is bent and runs back and lays behind the starter. That don’t seem right to me. Shouldn’t it just run strait down? It makes the oil pan look filthy. Could that pinched tube be causing the blowby and smoke I’ve just started seeing? I’m thinking the bend may be causing some extra pressure? I bought the engine second hand about two years ago. It had rebuild paperwork with it. My mechanic inspected it before install and said it was tight and right. Maybe they put the tube behind the starter for shipping and it never got pulled down. We replaced all the injectors and stuff due to very low fuel pressure. I forget exactly what it was but my mechanic said he was amazed it ran with that low of fuel pressure. The jakes are not working right if that helps. I think it’s with the pedal though not internal. If I play with the fuel peddle they will come on. The cruise also don’t work when the jakes are not working. That also leads me to believe it’s in the peddles and not internal. Thanks for any info.

Sounds like turbo maybe ready to go south. If bypassing oil will give you blue gray smoke and also can bypass pressure into your crankcase in some engines!
