My Grandmother worked at Hudson Motor Car in Detroit, up until they went out of bussiness. During the war She built Airplanes. Being a God fearing Lady from up in the hills of Tennessee, moving to Detroit for a better life in 1940 with a new baby ( my dad) wasn’t easy.Caring for others the way She did, including raising the three of Us, at a time others were enjoying retirement, What an example of humility and strength. A True Hero, loved dearly by many, We were lucky to have her, God knows where Id be today, otherwise.
