    Its frustrating at 1st, I know ive been there, It'll all just click and you'll realize it's pretty easy, I've been at them 6 yrs ish and hardly ever have to touch anything and when I do its an air off which is easy. And did I mention the money's really good

    I haven't signed a contract or anything. Recruiter came down to my school and I followed up. They are however giving me an extra 200 a month for tuition reimbursement but that's it.

    I also dont know what paying to play means but I'm fairly sure I'm a regular W2 employee at this time and I doubt that will change to something else.
