    Actually it was that briefcase that did it. And yes bags of ice over the fan did it as well in a big bucket. What was left went into the radiator, horsie was losing fluids as well.

    Count number of stripes per mile. OR tried to hit each mile marker exactly 60 seconds on stopwatch. (Good exercise for when alternator burns out speedo gone...) I think Maryland was about 843 on 695 north. Someone will have to try me on that.

    I always had radios back then, now I don't care if I have one or not. I have a new stereo in two trucks that have very seldom ever been turned on. lol

    Here's one for you older Cummins guys...the little knurled knob on the back of the fuel pump that you could switch to manual and the engine would run without electricals.
    How about the never ending ending argument about how big of a button you could put in a BC350?

    I have two trucks I am redoing now that has the big cams in them, there are actually quite a few running every day in the area. I drove one down to seward last year. I had forgotten how good a well set up 400 big cam ran and pulled.

    air wipers!!! forgot about those suckers!! hit the go pedal and they slow or stop.lol hated them.
