Be Free of Truck Stop Showers

Another thing if you’re worried about your clothes they make waterproof disposable coveralls. I really like them they keep me clean and dry. I think epic wipes combined with coveralls could lead to a lot cleaner life OTR

Exactly what I do. Fuel mid day grab a shower and go. Never had to wait. This is TA/PETRO, other chains may vary.

 

Just use the water hose on the fuel island.

 

That's a more realistic option then "I use TA"

Drop a load in El Paso Tx, pickup in Carlsbad, NM going to Co. You get to Carlsbad out of hours and no place to stop in between because you need to be there before shipping stops for the day... Do you?

• Use some water to clean up after tarping a load in a hot dustbowl.
• Don't bother because you aren't at a TA, No "third-world" hygiene for me, Just flop down on the bed and get your teddy bear grimy too.

 

Despise bein dirty but not enough to wash his ###. The wipe thing is ok to get you to a shower after working outside or if it's a day you need to miss one. In no way form shape or fashion are they equal to good ol soap an hot water

 

Should i do it before i wash my truck or after i wash my truck, that reminds me i need to wash my fifth wheel with the squeegee get er nice n shined up

 

OK, what keeps a guy from showering on his 10 off? I always wanted to park where I could sit down and have coffee anyway.

 

A five gallon bucket of hot soapy water works also.

 

Plus you can do your 30 minute reset on the fuel island while your cleaning yourself! Winning!!
