Driving west on I-10 yesterday through Goodyear AZ and observed a Swift yanking a Werner trailer.
Anyone know what gives?
So is the Big Blue Screw gonna be under the same umbrella?

Gotta admit, sounds professional to the ear, and would look good on stationary, but in real life, these 3 companies are still nothing but hiring a warm body with a pulse.
And sometimes it seems that a pulse is optional on some of these “drivers”

They'll pull each other's trailers on dedicated accounts like Home Depot, Lowe's and the dollar stores.

For a few months the company I drove for, reefer division, got a lot of new business, and Swift helped us out. You'd see YRC trucks pulling Swift dry vans and Swift trucks pulling YRC reefer trailers.

i have pulled many of swift trailers behind my wm truck. it pays the same. i always pull into a truck stop and start telling rumors. that swift bought us out

Alot of the megas pull eachother trailers if their on the same account....

A lot of companies pull other companies trailers, it isn't just the megas.
There is sort of an inter-operability among the carriers, a bunch have agreements in place to help out with capacity, not at a discount either.
