CDL School or Company Paid training...Memphis, TN

hello everybody,
i already have valid cdl class b.

i have class a learners permit with a valid dot.
my question is.
is it a good idea to attend trucking company training school promising transport to indiana,acomodation for 2weeks with job placement,work for 1yr for the trucking company?

 

Sure it is. For some, that's the only way to get started and nothing wrong with that.

 

What grant is that? I hear people talk about grants. But I’ve asked a school about it, even workforce development services down here in Florida and everybody is clueless about details, or they mention some program there “used to be”.

 

Swift will pay for your room and school up front. While you go to school you will get breakfast and lunch but dinner is on you.They will take 38 dollars a week out of your check for the first year. If you stay two years they will give you your money back.

 

If you can come up with $500 Millis would be a great option for you. We have a customer in Memphis that we have multiple trucks in and out of daily. Just last Mon morning i was there and we had 14 trucks there lol. Best paying training company out there, and good training also. Its $100 to reserve a spot in class, and then $400 the 1st day of class.

 

Hey Chinatown do you know of any other companies that hire drivers with a Class A CDL permit and train them?
