I drive by this place that ships their stuff on flatbed trailers on my way to and from where I park my truck every night.
The loaded Melton (and a couple of other carrier’s) will sit out their for 2 or three days, rain or shine.
And, almost every day l’ll see a driver out front tarping one of them, rain or shine. At least this place does provide one of those ladder on wheels contraptions to help them get on top of the load.
Every time I see them I think to myself “bless his heart”. That’s southern slang for “poor bastige”. Lol

I saw an egg plant colored (Ex Maverick) truck pulling a KLLM trailer for the first time today.
Strangely, it was one of Maverick’s low (flat top) flatbed trucks. That was a weird sight. It was also weird seeing KLLM’s logo on an egg plant colored truck. -
I don't like eggplant. Brussel sprouts don't do it for me, either.
