Trade was an important historical aspect of all Native tribes, both between themselves and with the explorers and settlers moving to this land. This would just continue that tradition.
I'm confident it will work out well.
I'm thinking instead of across the board profit sharing, breaking it up into units of trucks. Have say five trucks in a unit, with specific goals and dollar amounts attached to them if achieved. Then spread that across the entire company, with company wide goals and dollar amounts attached. Make it easier to manage and identify problems.dwells40 Thanks this. -
Like I said before, good luck.Jodymcgrody Thanks this. -
Another idea/avenue is expat trucking. Run a truck or two with a couple of expats as owners. Trade off six months running, six months out of country. Pull down some cash, then back to the beach.

Good drivers won’t be getting tickets in a wide open truck.
I run west Texas often hauling crude in a truck that’s set at 85. I run the speed limit but when I get stuck behind a slow moving water truck or work over rig it’s nice to have a little extra pedal when I need it.
The guys who would over use it are easy to find. They are the same ones who get speeding tickets in their personal vehicles.stillwurkin and Jodymcgrody Thank this.
