So with the app (which saves so much time) obviously you pull on the scale like you do regularly, get that weight. Next pull forward. place your front trailer axle on the # 1 scale position or where your steers were then that will put your rear trailer axle or #2 scale position where your drives were. At that time on your CAT App hit Reweigh, then you will see your split axle weight. If I have time I will upload pics later.
You can always learn something new !

Some folks just have to push push push. I was sitting at the truck wash last week, with trucks in the two wash bays and a truck behind each one waiting. There was room to pull up behind either one of them, but the truck wash wasn’t busy, only two trucks behind me, and so I stayed back far enough to pull into whichever line moved first. The supertrucker behind me (beautiful Peterbilt, very shiny trailer) got on the CB and pretty much ordered me to pull up. My first impulse was to tell him to #### off, but I just shook my head and picked a lane. He hustled into the other lane, and ultimately saved himself absolutely no time, as nothing we did actually made the car wash move any faster.

Trucking is fun, why else would someone work 100+ hrs a week and babysit a truck besides.Yeah, it's fun, but it can also be a stressful pain in the arse.

Yes. I tried to scale a loaded ISO tanker one time. Tried explaining it and told them the instructions were in the binder CAT provided them. Still didn’t get it right. I gave up.

Scaling 8 or 9 axles, don't even bother just do it yourself.

You never pull up on a scale until it is completely cleared.

Dont you people have functioning leveling valves on your spreads? If you do, your spreads should always be within a couple of hundred pounds of each other no matter how much weight is on them. I've been through this all before. Leveling valves work.
