Thinking about getting a third tractor... Kenworth T800 weight?

    I have two semi trucks right now. Up to recently I only had two drivers, me and another guy. One of my guys finally got a CDL, so I am thinking to get a third tractor. Just keeping track of days when "another truck would be really helpful".

    Anyway, my question is, what would I expect a tandem axle Kenworth T800 daycab to weigh. There are a few at the RB auction nearby. Let's say it has a 15 liter engine, 18 speed, 46,000 rears. Thanks

    Is that a double frame tractor? What wheelbase
    I’d go heavy and think 18000 at minimum
    If you have a vin call Kenworth and they may be able to tell you a stamp weight and then add for wet kit and headache rack

    That truck will push or exceed 20 ,000, speced and sitting like it is.
    I have an older t800 with the 72 in double bunk, 40,000 eatons 12.7 detroit and 10 spd, short wheelbase standing on lo pro 24.5's that is light. Not sure on the truck by itself, but combined with a 48 102 wilson combao and all tie down gear, tops the scales at 28,000.

    My heavy spec w9 tops 24,000 bobtail.
