I only worked here briefly and here is why. Tyrone Bailey the owner was always asking me to do illegal things. I drove what was supposed to be local but ended up being regional. I told him before he hired me to drive that I had no intentions of living in the truck. He said that was ok and that he could get me home daily. Several times he dispatched me where it was impossible to do this legally even though I made it clear I slept with a CPAP machine due to having severe sleep apnea and that it was home. Finally he got the Kenworth T660 ready for me to use as a local dump end. At this point he constantly tried to get me to charge contractors for more hours than what was worked. I refused, I am not that kind of person. He would say "we vet away with it all the time." A few times he acted as if my wife could just leave her job whenever it suited him to help me either get to the truck or otherwise. I told him repeatedly she is the boss at her job and she cant just leave. He never got the full grasp of that. The last straw was when he had the truck over the weekend. I asked him via text on Sunday if the truck was where I could easily get to it since my wife had to bring me 25 miles the opposite direction of her job on a Monday morning before she could go to work herself. The truck was not where it was supposed to be. I told my wife to just take me home so she could get to work. I told Tyrone the truck was not where it was supposed to be and my wife had to get to work so she was taking me back home. He got upset and said I couldn't just do that. So right then and there I told him I quit and hung up and turned my phone off for a few minutes. Later he called demanding I come to bring him the fuel card. I told him I wasn't making a special trip to bring him the fuel card but since I was a contractor and he didnt take taxes out anyhow that if he wanted to go ahead and pay me and give me my belongings from the truck that I would go ahead and bring it otherwise he would have to wait until Friday when I came to get my money. At this point he told me he was going to beat my ###. At this point I gave him what was on my mind. The next day he tried to talk me into not quitting. My wife advised against it since he threatened me and I told him he needed a new driver. Thursday I contacted him to verify my money would be ready Friday and my belongings. He told me what a soft, ##### I was and that I could have my check after we had a physical fight. So Friday I called to meet up to get what I was owed and my belongings. He answered the phone and said "wrong number cracka" Keep in mind he is 20 years younger than me and about 5 inches taller and bigger in general. I still ha e t been paid. He kept my 3 shirts my brand new in the box antenna, and my $300 redwing boots on top of the money he owes me. This guy is inherently dishonest. You have been warned. DO NOT WORK FOR TYRONE BAILEY OF MR. BAILEY'S TRUCKING LLC. He also claims to dispatch some other trucks and claims to be in business with his uncle who owns EWOL TRUCKING.
