I was wondering, why was the boat almost half off the rear of the trailer? And what was there somebody up on it?

yes, usually there is a person at the top of the boats, to ensure that they do not get hung up on over head lines, those guys usually have a fiberglass pole to move things out of the way.

the boat most likely couldn't go all the way onto the trailer, due to the props?

i certainly do hope the trucker and or his company, had oodles of insurance.....i'd want the boat toataled out, and get me another EXSPENSIVE one on his bill...!!!!!

Also on the video I think it was mentioned that one of the tires on the trailer went flat.

Tractor in front didnt know that trucks need a wider turn. Driver should have set his brakes and stopped the towing tractor.

    Yep, didn't swing wide enough.
One time in Tennessee, southbound I-65, Exit 104, just past the exit, I pulled over on the shoulder for a quick pee break. Noticed a dent on top of the guard rail. Looked down into the trees and there was a cigarette boat sitting upright and no trailer. It was as if the driver didn't know he lost the boat.
Hindsight is 20/20, I should have sold it on Ebay.
