I’ve checked the two ignition relays on the fuse panel and they both click, even put a new relay in and no difference

Clicking doesn't mean any power is going through them on the load side.

I put a new relay in both ignition relay ports and it didn’t do a thing?

You have a bad connection in there somewhere.

I would check what is previously mentioned in this thread with the body controller power then start by checking the voltage at pin C to ground and pin D to ground at the 9 pin diagnostic connector they should be roughly 2.5 volts but they should NOT be exactly the same should be like 2.6 and 2.3 if they are the same then there is a module not communicating on the J1939 data link, most likely the body controller, I have seen this happen before with half the gauges not working but it’s been so long I can’t remember how we fixed it.

I was working on a truck today that the right side of the dash wasn’t working ‘nor the radio
Found there was no power to the accessory relay from the 100A bar mega fuse that is mounted under the red flap by the firewall drivers side the one closest to the fire wall (there are multiple) I could jiggle the bracket it was bolted to and everything would start working removed the fuse and measured resistance across it O.L. Replaced fuse and everything started working, so if you have this issue check that.

On the drivers side has a red flap over them. I think there is a picture of the area on this thread it is the same location as the main body controller power into the cab. They are hard to tell when they are bad if you have a multimeter you can remove and measure resistance across it, if not when you remove it and it will kind of pull out from the middle black part of it if it is bad, very minimal movement doesn’t take much.
