Not that I know of. The freightliners are layed out like a ultraloft if you want the full condo space with upper bunk. Was just talking to 2 drivers in them. Didn't look too bad on the interior.

All the new midroof petes will have upper bunks. Too many drivers want to bring along someone. Not bad when folded in half. Ymmv.

What does Magnums "Conditional" rating mean for the drivers. I understand being pulled into a lot more weigh stations and inspections; anything else to be concerned about?

Keep in mind, I'm strictly talking from a day cab experience. I haven't had a chance to drive a Volvo yet. Tried to but could log into peoplenet and the layout needed some learning. The Mack I drove was older but I found myself very comfortable in it. The comfort was the only selling point. I cant get comfy in a Pete or kw day cab. Really love my '18 freightliner.

Drove Mack Pinnacles for almost three years. The older daycabs were stark and not very comfy. The brand new daycabs were better. The sleeper was like a closet on wheels. Bare bones, no frills. A simple work truck.

I’m really going to have truck envy soon. My company is putting me into an ‘09 Cascadia with 1M on the clock. I’m in a loaner ‘19 Pete 579 with 23k on it right now. The one thing I won’t miss is all the beeping from the electronics.

I’m pretty sure RS is in a 10sp and he MIGHT not want an automated truck?? I know I sure didn’t!

Yes, I have a 10 speed, Don’t if I trust an auto on snow and ice, I’ve never driven an auto.
Yes I would like the extra storage but knock on wood this current truck very reliable. Other than routine maintenance, nothing has gone wrong on it.
