Prime Heavy Haul

Think he got caught in a Mega Bait n Switch.....this doesn't look like HH

 

I've pulled a few OD loads with Prime. Always under 12' so easy stuff. The permit dept was always spot on with permits faxed to the shipper, all ready to go. all I needed to do was sign them and review the routing. Surprisingly easy. Still wasn't worth the hassle for the pay.

I can't see them getting into Heavy Haul. They don't even spec trucks differently for their open-deck division. (like a longer wheelbase). Just a "reefer" truck with a short wheelbase to keep the trailer close to the truck for fuel efficiency. They do order some mid roof trucks for the tanker division. But anyway, I can't see them getting into HH. IMO, it isn't worth bringing in different equipment. Maybe a few if there was a good customer, but not a separate division.

Not with places like Jordan out there doing whatever it is they are doing....

Dude it's a thread with prime and heavy haul used together in the same sentence. "Adding something constructive" here is equivalent to going on Saturday night live and debating world hunger.
