Just a friendly word of advise... It soumds like you got a chip on your shoulder... And probably correctly so. But a hot temper in a truck driver is not a good thing, especially when dealing with LEOs. I'm not trying to be rude, thats just the way your posts come across to me. Well if you were near me I could take on the case. I specialize in accident reconstruction. What is your insurance company saying? Insurance is the only industry that can overturn the collision reports. Get them all that evidence.
