The insurance company, progressive, wouldn't do anything. They were just waiting for the court to tell 'em something and they never did, so they closed the claim. It's not worth continuing this bs. It would have cost less if I had simply said no contest and eaten the insurance hike and whatever penalty the county would have thrown at me. No one truly wins a court case, unless of course you're a lawyer. Then you always win.
Will wrecks with a class D license make it difficult/impossible to acquire a CDL?
