That Carrier should be ashamed of themselves- This Angers me when I see and Hear about this,Especially your mother/father.
Then again All these large carriers and small Are Black.
Black With Pay- And Black in their Hearts.
See What Happens when a Few Puzzies Cried in The Late 70's because they couldn't become a carrier or Broker...... Lets Make it a Free Market and let the Joe Schmo's of the world DESTROY other Human Beings by deregulation
Now,It lets the Inmates run the asylum-
Please Tell me who this carrier is-publicly or private- I'm getting tired of this- I've got plenty of time and deeper pockets than most drivers to do something about this. Tired of it.Last edited: Jun 24, 2019

Worst thing a driver do is abandon a load as people suggest you be upfront about it if they find out later rather it's 6 months or a year they can still terminate you should they start to use DAC, later on, that showed you lied and that's grounds enough. I hope you learn from this get this in get stuff from via message on Qualcomm, or whatever as proof, take photos need be then they say otherwise go to FTC and dispute if you can or hire legal representation who specializes in that after you collected info.
I hope you find a better job. -
These stories are complete ########, 97% of the time, and that's being generous.
They told you "sure - go be with your family, family is important, we'll take care of the truck." They are being a good company to you.
But then... you never come back? NOW you've quit without notice and abandoned the truck. Duh.
Its not rocket science. They were willing to help out one of THEIR drivers who was in a bad situation, let you go do what you gotta do, and also pay someone to recover your truck.
Once you decided to parlay your real/fake emergency into quitting the company without notice, under-load and without returning the truck, you became a driver who abandons Truck/Loads. Period.
They don't put Abandonment on your DAC if you come back, duh.Wargames Thanks this.
