Look more closely. See the ballcaps on those guys? That’s who was directing him around.

“Sure, you got it. Just keep it swinging!”

Naaa, he probably was trying to add this to his resume so he can get fast tracked at Swift’s hiring process.

Hot diggity. I know exactly where that *&^%$% [profanity redacted] spot is...

Such a alluring tempting turnaround spot.

In my day I had a little cabover and a 45 footer... easy peasy.

    Not today for sure.

How is it possible for our esteemed Highway Builders and Designers to map out a intersesction or any kind of open space that is paved for trucking and cars to get stuck in something deliberately built to say 54 feet, just enough to entrap a 65 or 70 foot vehicle. Surely they cannot be all that stupid.

If you don't understand me.. I explain my showing you the West. If a town is not a town until the main street is wide enough to swing a 6 horse team and stage coach around anywhere on that main street in the entire town back in the 1870's Im pretty sure I can do a U turn with a semi in that space.

this is true...we had 20 mule teams coming thru my town when i was a kid, back in the early 1860's..by the 1870's, it was like a super highway, that Dwight D. Eisenhower, came to town, took notice of and gave us the interstate system.

Saw a Werner the other day getting ready to Crest the hill on I-65 heading into Nashville, the one that advises of crosswinds. It's marked 60, but it's a nothing dowhill. Most run 70. The curve isn't even bad. Anyway, he hir the brakes going up the hill. When he crested he couldn't have been doing 50. I assume scared to death. Sad they turn people out lacking confidence to deal with things like this. Hope he made Monteagle.
