I used to run them a long time ago, Caterpillar, Skytrak,Gradall, Pettibone,Lull, Hyster. Front end loaders with forks or bucket-, Volvo, and Hough. Excavators-- Caterpillar and Bobcat.
My union doesn't have jurisdiction to run equipment but in the old days, if you knew how to run it, you got in it and ran it. Nowadays the Operator's Union would be all over the wrong person in the seat.jamespmack, misterG and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -

There is nothing better than watching a really good forklift operator load/unload ur trailer. Makes me happy. The kind of guy that very efficient , doesnt rush , takes his time but is very quick and knows the limits of his machine and never bumps the rub rail one time .. I just picked up a load of lumber a couple days ago and the forklift operator was very very good at his job. I made sure to tell him that he is an awesome operator and i wish i dealt with more guys like u that know what their doing. Makes my job easy , . he said thanks and had a big ol smile on his face . u could tell he takes pride in his work ..i tell ya it makes u appreciate guys like that, because the next place u go u get the forklift driver that rams the side of ur trailer at full speed and every bundle is crooked and the tops are hanging off the bottom bundles by a good foot. And they take their sweet ### time and have no respect, Make sure to thank ur forklift driver if ya get a good one, them guys are just like us , grindin it out all day. a little nice gesture goes along ways. Might find urself gettin placed to the front of the line next time u show up.

I used one to unload a 53' van that was loaded with automotive shop equipment. The tilting chassis was a godsend couldn't have reached the front of trailer without it.

I delivered a JLG one just a little bit ago. It was painted and tagged in CAT colors. I guess JLG makes them for CAT and the only difference is the paint. They also come in flat black and other cool color combos.
Anyway I don’t remember the weight rating but the unit itself was 32,000 lbs and the bill said $101,900 brand new.jamespmack, johndeere4020, LoneCowboy and 1 other person Thank this. -
Figured I'd add mine to this. Saw trailers like this twice down on Route 4 heading to Orlando
