Sorry, I meant to say left side of the truck but the fuse on the right. I put all new batteries including battery terminals between each battery. Clean all ground cables from chasis to cab, battery to starter, starter to engine block, engine block to chassis and ground from inside the driver side fire wall ( somewhat rusted) clean all body control electrical connections, the electrical connections on the drivers side fire wall going to the exterior and interior. Clean the ecm 4 plug connector and as many sensor connections under the cab that I could find. Before i clean the 4 plug connector on the ecm the gauges would work but when i would wiggle the ecm positive connector it would do it again. After i clean the connector and made sure it was plug all the way in I reset the body controller by unplugging the positive cable going to it, and its been working now. I am on a test run now (5 days without any issues). Thanks for all your help i hope this can help someone else.
