side q: do these things roll easy? they look so skinny and tall that if you loaded it up it would be top heavy.
-
I would imagine then being slighty more top heavy then a regular van,but still very managable..My understanding is they are able to take two 4' foot tall pallets and thats their niche???....
-
I know that panther is not taking any vans on right now
-
If anybody is taking them on it's probably because a lot of van owners are quitting because of low freight levels . Google expedite companies and their websites will say what trucks they are hiring . Be prepared to sit a lot though . While a Sprinter will carry more than other vans many Sprinter loads are offered to straight trucks because they haven't got other loads for them .

the only two companies I could find that were takin them now is on time express and arrow critical supply....I am thinking that the cost savings of a sprinter would outwiegh those of anything bigger...I just need to be able to net $500-$600 a week....I had an interview with waste management and I am waiting to see if they will get back to me....I guess I might have to do this to buy myself a job......

I have seen some of these vans running with 8,000 lbs plates and I know they are over the registered weight.
