I think he's either been drinking all day or using narcotics... Every thread on this site he does the same, responds to threads with nothing remotely relevant to the topic being discussed and rambles on several paragraphs.
And if it's relevant to the topic, the information he responds with is almost always wrong.

So to be a little more precise I’m near the point where I am even with “trade in value” and “balance” I just want to trade it in so they can pay it off, or in the case I’m upside upside down on LTV I want to know if they can just put the remaining loan balance on new tractor loan just like a regular dealership.

Why would a truck dealer take a half ton truck on a trade in? They aren't in the passenger vehicle business.
