    well if your waste gate is open, you need to get it closed in order to get boost. Sounds like you figured your problem out by yourself

    Is that 0 boost at highway speed 100% engine load? When you disconnect the hose to the waste gate and actuate it in NED does the ACV valve supply air to it, and does it move freely when connected and actuated? What is TC1TOP reading at high idle?

    there is also a service bulletin for cleaning the intake side of the turbos. crank case oil gets into the turbo and makes it sticky and hard for the turbo to spin. have had a few performance issues solved with this simple but time consuming cleaning. call your local dealer for the kit, I do not have the part # off top of my head atm
