Do you guys just round it up to 1 mile even though it’s just about 7% of a mile? I’m talking about I-495 south of Washington DC, where VA and MD statelines meet (images below).

Report it or not, I don’t think they would say much about it in a audit, unless you were traveling that route 10 times a day or something. Even if they did assess you for not reporting it, the penalty would probably be maybe $5.
