    No. No and no.

Go to your hearing. Don't be applying everywhere babbling about the one thing that will cause them to sit up, refuse your application and possibly fill in databases about this information on you.

Just go to the hearing. Do nothing until it's taken care of.

    NickL Thanks this.

If you tested positive while taking Adderall the drug test indicated positive for Amphetamines. Did you disclose to the company that you were taking Adderall? Were you taking it while in school? Did you disclose to the school you were taking Adderall? What about the school drug test? The MRO has to document that he attempted multiple times and failed to contact you. What state are you in?

    It is your fault.
You should have informed the MRO of what prescription medications you were taking and provided the relevant information about the prescription at the time of specimen collection.

The MRO is not at fault.

As others have said, you should clear your name before applying anywhere.
It is expensive for companies to hire and train drivers, especially new ones.
Problems with drug screening stands out as a red flag regardless of the circumstances involved, so
it is understandable if companies see you as a bad bet until your name is cleared.

Next time, do your due diligence and CYA.

Absolutely wrong, you never disclose anything at the time of collection.
The collection is supposed to be a blind test. The time to discuss any positive results is when the MRO contacts you if there is a positive on the test.

The MRO is required by regulation to attempt to contact you for a positive indication, at that time you can provide any Rx and Dr letters.

If you where not contacted by the MRO, call and find out why?

People always try to say to disclose first, and this is incorrect.

I see. Just checked the book.
I incorrectly assumed that reporting any prescriptions would
Preemptively rule out any positive results correlated to those prescriptions.

No they wont see the pre hearing, but they will see the failed test, if they use hire right, or it's on your dac. Its not the kiss of death, but the companies who will hire you. You dont want to work for.
You should have listed it on the form where it asks about drugs your taking. Have YOU tried to contact the mro?

The MRO has to try to contact you 3 time spaced out through at least 1 day. Then if he can't contact you the MRO had to contact your employer/school to contact you. Then if MRO still can't contact you, (there's a time frame that they are supposed to wait for you to contact them and you should look this up. It will take you 5 min if reading DOT policy) they will report positive. So if the time frame from lab results and when MRO reported positive is less than the time frame MRO should have waited for your response, id sue sue SUE... People like your MRO, if in fact policy was violated, ruin people's life with out a second thought. You shouldn't let that slide because think of how many other people she screwed over not following policy collecting a pay check. Lazy ### mfing MRO.
