    That's not the mega fleet problem it's the individual. You have to hire new drivers there's no way around it. Freights got to be moved somehow it's just who they are hiring.. You can't drive a truck but for so long health and old age is going to get ya.... need new drivers to keep the world turning.

  3. unfortunately they're turning in the wrong direction straight towards Rock Bottom for the last 10 years...
    but that's what you get when you can't find quality you got to settle for quantity..
    the professional driver pool of 1995 and before has been so polluted that what companies could dip into to look for quality is like a lot of people gene pool;
    very narrow and extremely shallow

    So start hiring and training truck drivers instead of any numb nut off the street who can push the D button and follow a GPS..

    Yes it is the mega carriers problem...they don't care whonthey hire.. When you have hiring standards to hire a bum off the street corner then this is the problems that will come out of that...

  7. but the reason I'll so it reduces the cost. you see when you've turned the tide so much that the New breed DMFS are outnumbering the old school professional drivers now. therefore 0 to minimal training is acceptable as scary as that sounds..If you've been out here long enough and it kept an eye on the industry what are most companies always gripe about their biggest cost are for fuel and driver turnover..
    well thanks to how easy it is now in the tides have turned the nice thing is companies love it you don't have to spend thousands of dollars on each driver when you hire them after one quits because you don't have to spend that kind of money for training..show therefore companies continue to run in the black and they're happy as a pig in poop.. I've said it before it's no longer about quality it's about quantity..why look for the cream-of-the-crop when the bottom of the barrel is right there and you don't even have to scrape the scum off the top cuz crap floats right to the top..

    Because some people thrive on drama, so make up wild accusations to create the drama!
