I can still remember my first encounter with A1. It was before I became a teenager, we were at the WV Water Well Drillers meeting up at exit 67 on I-79. Mr. Woods put some on his steak, man I just had to try this stuff.....!!!! Well I got me a dab of that stuff, cut a chunk of my steak off and drug it through that stuff. I poked that thing in my mouth and holy ####!!! Ya ever stick one of them little 9 volt batteries on your tongue?? Wow!! I never was much of one for mustard in big doses since it sends shivers through me. That first dose of of A1 was like a jolt of current blasting through my tongue and right up through my jaw hinges and out my ears! Since it caught me off guard I tried another shot and it wasn’t to bad. I only use it when a steak is lacking taste now.
