Does the other neighbors have any say over the disturbance and vibration even though it is a industrial zone.
Do anyone know the rules and regulations? I am in Southern California

If it’s inside a city limits then city laws prevail, and each city has a different way of looking at things.

If your cargo requires refrigeration, why would you be concerned if the neighbors care? If you turned it off, you would end up with an insurance claim when the receiver refused the load. If your reefer unit is that loud, maybe you should do a little maintenance.

Run it until police keep kick you out.
Heck I even idle truck at Walmarts that say not to.
I've also told U.S. foods to ban me permantly but they never did down in Miami area.
