Let's be honest, here.... IF that driver had been paying closer attention, he'd have known that little white car wasn't going to stop. Always look at a car's wheels.
On the other hand, I've always wanted to just plow right through one of these idiots and watch the self-importance evaporate from their face.

Let’s really be honest here.. If the Lexus driver had paid closer attention to the STOP SIGN and STOPPED for cross traffic that had LEGAL RIGHT OF WAY,the Lexus driver would’ve known that semi wouldn’t have time to stop...
At any rate the Lexus driver’s insurance is on the hook for a new KW day cab now.

I'm not blaming the truck driver, just noting that the collision could have been easily forecast and a simple lift of the right foot would have prevented it.

It is unfortunate, seems like 70 mph speed limit is a bit much for a road with cross traffic. Not much could be done there, except, maybe anticipate one of those drivers won't stop, and I'd have backed out of it.

Paying attention to the vid. You can see 3 cars all rolling at the same time. Perhaps it was a matter of tunnel vision and follow the leader. The Lexus on the end of the line following the other two cars through the intersection. Tho I seriously doubt the lexus driver survived. Full on impact to the drivers side. If the driver survived, they are in a world of hurt.

Can I have a go at your crystal ball?
That cars tires never stopped moving as it was at the rear of the pack and never even slowed for the stop sign.
The driver of the truck has a 0% liability in this accident.
