    This isn't really about Fed Ex Ground, just more of a thank you to them and all parties envolved, I have no idea who Mr. or Mrs. Craig which ever the case may be, but I never complain when I receive unexpected money, as in the case of this Craig v. Fed Ex Ground settlement, yes I will put this check for $19.68 that I got in the mail today to good use, most likely my next case of beer, special shout outs to Rust Consulting (who ever they are) and to our good friends at US bank for cutting the check, thank you all!

    i am/was a member of several ongoing class action suits.

    either from one entity or another.

    my best advice is to SPEND your money shopping online, and wait for those checks to arrive..

    got a $5.00 check from red bull

    $400.00 from DAC (they went by how many DAC inquireies i made since whatever year DAC got nailed

    $50.00 from Viking memory chip company (for buying overly priced *fixed pricing*) RAM memory

    $300.00 FROM Intel for thier price fixing of properity RAMBUS memory

    $200.00 from the MFS investment company. (investment company in Boston, thru my bank)

    so let's keep them checks rolling in..

    get a class action suit letter in the mail, but you cannot recall anything about what they are trying to tell you??

    SO WHAT, follow the directions and do as they say to collect..>!!!!!!

    i had to look up my saved emails...i got this cuz some screw up at Amazon, selling "insurance" on appliances/computer parts that we buy..

    A few years ago I got a check in the mail from Ford and had no idea what for. I did a little digging and it was for a class action lawsuit over mustang steering column fires due to a faulty ignition switch. The car in question was a 1987 lol, that had to be going on for a long ### time.

    Yeah but I know what this is about, most likely it was one of the laundry list of lawsuits that were filed by contractors, former contractors, and employees of contractors at Fed Ex Ground, apparently this one must have come to fruition, I personally never thought FedEx owed me anything and I know I never owed them, we were square when I left as far as I was concerned, pretty sure this is a one time thing, like I said beer money!
