It’s not appropriate, let’s say someone goes to an Asian Massage Parlor and pays for a happy ending and gets caught up in a sting operation and charged with human trafficking.
Now why should that person never drive a commercial vehicle again?
Or the poor sap that hires a lot lizard and and a kooky county prosecutor charges that driver with human trafficking even though the girl is American and of legal age.
It’s a bad law. It will hurt good people.

 

That's really a stretch.....both examples....and you KNOW that's not the intent.

But if you are caught banging some 15 year old, no matter where they are from, you deserve everything they can through at you.

Human trafficking can mean anything, forced labor, organ harvesting and a hundred different things including having sex for the exchange of money.

It is not a stretch. "Human trafficking" is the new politically correct term for prostitution. It shifts the negative stereotype from the female to the male.

The new rule had to qualify Human Trafficking in order to avoid simple prostitution.

According to Wikipedia being a trainer could qualify as human trafficking.

I'll say it again, If your banging something that's under 18 you deserve anything/everything they throw at you

 

this isn't about just banging..
this goes a lot further.. this is about taking young children against their will kidnapping them and selling them on the sex trade market.. this is absolutely horrific
