All I know is, if he was only going 30 miles per hour, it's no way he causes all that damage. That driver was going way too fast. Look at all those cars.....that tells the whole story.

    allniter Thanks this.

He was doing 20 mph over the speed limit

Bud A. and Lonesome Thank this.
  4. oh it's got something to do with it you would have never seen that kind of federal mandate and acted if we still had nothing but the professional trained generation..sadly CSA 2010 didn't do what it was supposed to do it was supposed to clean up the industry it did the exact opposite..
of course it's been going on since 1996 when you can buy a license but it really didn't blow up until the rent a foreigner revolution of 2003 when the first 14-hour clock came around and we lost over 50% of our American driving Force that did not want to be babysat by a clock..
the fed's panicked and started the rent a foreigner program the first plane left Eastern Europe & 15 years later it's all been downhill ever since..CSA 2010 was the culmination simply of 5 years of the rent a foreigner program being such a fail that they had no choice but to enact it but they backed off on taking your license if you got too many points..
so you got a version of what was called CSA light..
and we not lost 50% of our driving force in 2003 what the first 14-hour clock and you still had to be trained properly pass the test speak English not rely on your GPS..
this industry would be a whole lot different than what you seen the last 15 years..
as a life member of OOIDA twe talk about this annually in grain Valley. along with other topics trying to clean the industry back up but what seem to be failing

  7. I wish Indiana would re-enact the death penalty for one time and show we make an exception for an MFer for like this

They still have it. But he would have to be charged with first degree murder.

    sevenmph Thanks this.
  9. maybe make a special exemption charged with first-degree homicide and then switch it to murder wishful thinking but oh well I guess another taxpayer forced to pay for a POS just have to pay for him the rest of his life while he rots away in prison
