Two years. It's not a bad gig, just wasn't for me. I actually liked being in a package car much more.

Yeah that's tuff. It used to be that when you left Ups you had a retirement party.
    Guess those days are over.
I work with a guy that worked for Coke. He said nothing good about that job except for the pay. He also said there's other places that pay better for much less hassle. He said scheduling was a nightmare. Can't help on the other two companies.

Those days are long gone lol. When a dude would make the circle of honor you couldn't swing a diad without hitting a suit that was there to make a big deal about it. Now they don't even say anything to anyone about it lol. I have heard some of the same things about Coke too. One nice thing with coke is just like UPS people love to see it on a resume, I guess it's because they are both massive companies.

Ok I don't get the difficulty but here is a solution

Write down the three names on a piece of paper, fold them up tight and small, put them in a hat and then have someone pick out one.

What ever they pick, go with that as a job.

Or use a 1D6 and divide by two. Then the choice is your own and you wont be blaming a friend for your choice.

The difficulty is I try to plan the #### out of everything for the best possible outcome. This is more or less a stepping stone and waiting spot until something at one of the ltl barns opens up but maybe it could be my next twenty years. Planning and plotting is why I'm on here asking about jobs and not saying I worked at swift for three months, Stevens for four months, 1099 job for six months and now nobody wants to hire me...last driving job 17 years. As far as your idea about picking them out of a hat....I think it's coming to that lol. It seems like wherever one job is a little better it will be a little weaker somewhere else and that is equalling them out. I'm going back into coke today and McLane on Friday to talk to them more and get more detailed info on exactly how everything works with them.

OMG, you and others make it sooooo complicated, with the jobs available TODAY, you are losing money sitting around second guessing yourself.
