Yeah I had to layover cause of that. Stayed at the Hampton inn in Rifle. Good place to layover.

Good info just in case in the future, the first day at Grand I stayed at the Travelodge, it was ok, the next day though another systems driver told me "don't stay at that POS" lol, and he directed me to the Clarion, alot nicer place!

Clarion has free breakfast bar very awesome. Yeah Hampton inn in rifle is very nice and they like us. You can use the card there. But you have to drive in a residential to get out of there. Only bad part but it’s a little town so they don’t care.

$41,200 for me, it's been a long trek for me from .55cpm when I started, but now I am at .64 cpm so I am stoked, plus good runs and bad runs and some cuts come into play also.

He’ll learn his lesson when the regional guy comes after him for running off all the drivers.

That's what I am talking about, even though I was started at the bottom, Saia has given me a 9 cent cpm/$3.36 hr increase in wages in 13 1/2 months, I know that's the standard wage progression for them, but for me it's a big deal, I am more than thankful for it, I don't have a actual annual earnings figure, but I was able to figure one based off my 1 year anniversary, I ended up doing $74670 overall, all things considered and 1st year out the gate, I think I did alright, yeah I will do the remaining 10 1/2 months standing on my head, time seems to go by fast here.

That pay raise was legit fellas i went up $244 a week we get another one next July. Hopefully its it's close to this. Saia has its problems and faults for sure but they thank me very well every Wednesday. I was making half of my current salary most of my driving career. I can deal with some cameras tight delivery windows.

That's not good, this company can't afford to lose drivers at some of the terminals, why can't someone in the higher echelons see that?

    Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this.
