    Run by Russian thugs call himself Matt . This dude screwed you and will do the same to the next guy. They Withhold two check. And charge Driver over few hundred dollars week for things like Elogs service. Damage deposit, tablet and the list goes on and on. They do lease operator, rent to own and company Driver etc. For lease operator and rent to own. Charge $850 plus 0.16 cents a mile And 19% of the loads. . Most Driver happen to be black some from West African and Africa America etc. They don't give you enough load purposely impossible to make money. Lucky to get enough loads to pay their bills at the end of week. And few hundred dollars left at the end of the week. The disgusting trucking company in the world. All their dispatch operate from Europe etc.

    Seriously why would you agree to lease a truck where the payments are 1000+ per week plus a 19% load fee for them loading you.

    I work for a Russian outfit and I love it. Super awesome dispatchers and our shop is top notch.
    No need to lump all immigrants into the same category of shady companies
    After all mega corps are not immigrant owned and yet I’d rather leave the industry than work for swift/knight or any other mega

    If their vehicles out of service percentage is too high, that’s a bit red flag for me.

    But also why wouldn’t I do research, if I’m gonna be working there I need to know everything about them

    Besides,Men Like me DESPISE immigrants jumping into this profession......

    We Sweat Blood after deregulation to keep this a Permanent Wave sorta speak.
